                                        HOW WE WORK WITH OUR CLIENTS

     Diagnostic Design Consultations - Hourly consultation with the client. Minimum of one hour.

      Full Service Design - It all begins with the initial consultation where we discuss, view, and listen to your needs for your project. This will be a complimentary introduction and if you would like to retain our services  we will have you sign a design agreement prior to any work on the project.
We break up the project into three phases.
We manage the complete project from concept to completion.
                                               Flat fee or hourly fee for  each phase of the project.  
     
         Phase 1                                            

• Budgeting
• Space Planning, measuring, and photographing the "Before" shots
• Color Coordination
• Selection of Fabrics, Surface materials,Wall coverings, Flooring, Window treatments, Custom millwork, Furniture,and Lighting
• Meetings with contractor, builder, and/or architect involved in the project  

            Phase 2 

• Purchasing of Materials and Furnishings for the project

• Project Management and periodic visits to the job site

            Phase 3

• Installation of materials and furnishings
• Finalizing all inspections and post evaluation with client 
• Photographing the "After" shots with consent
